Igralke at the scientific conference Creative Methodologies in the Performing Arts

Our first presentation at a scientific conference was delivered by Sendi Bakotić in Split, as part of the conference Creative Methodologies in the Performing Arts: Research Questions. The event was organized by the Croatian Association of Theatre Critics and Scholars in collaboration with the Croatian National Theatre in Split, and took place from 26 to 28 March 2025. We are grateful to the Association for inviting us to share our working methodology in documentary and community theatre.

Around twenty experts and artists participated in the conference, focusing on presenting, testing, adopting, and examining performance-making methods and the systems that can evolve from them. It was truly inspiring to spend a full day listening to theatre studies presentations and discussing the roles of criticism, theatre studies, and performance-making in Croatia and beyond.
