"Mothers" Touring This Autumn: Zagreb, Ljubljana and Opatija

Our production Mothers, directed by Rajna Racz, is constantly on the move, and this autumn brings new opportunities to see it in Zagreb, Ljubljana and Opatija.

We return to Centar za kulturu Maksimir in Zagreb for performances on 16 and 17 October 2026, thanks to our co-producer Kuća Nahero. We are especially looking forward to performing for secondary school students on the first day, followed by a discussion with the students after the show. The following day, the performance begins at 7:30 pm and is open to the general public.

Later this month, we continue to Ljubljana, where we will perform at 8 pm on 29 and 30 October at the much-loved Stara mestna elektrarna, as part of a programme curated by Maska Ljubljana, our co-producer.

From there, we head closer to Rijeka. Last year, we were able to perform this production in the area only once, due to the lack of suitable venues for the performing arts in our city. We are delighted to be collaborating with Centar Gervais this time and invite audiences from Opatija, Rijeka and the surrounding area to join us for the performance on 27 November at 8 pm. At last, we are performing close to home!

Join us for Mothers — a production as intimate and unpredictable as the decision to become a mother itself. As time passes, the piece continues to evolve and grow richer with every new performance.
