Vanda gained her production experience working at the Drugo more association in Rijeka (2018–2020) and continued at Collective Igralke, where she has been employed part-time since 2023. She worked as the producer of the ZOOM Festival of Contemporary Performing Arts in Rijeka (2019–2020) and later became a program selector (since 2021), while also curating the Igralke Festival. Yoga instructor at the Ashtanga Yoga Studio in Rijeka (since 2022).
During her anthropology studies, she spent a year in Vienna through the Erasmus mobility program and the CREOLE program, and in 2014, she interned at the European Parliament in Brussels. As an independent actress, she has performed in various theatre productions and independent films of the New Vodnjan Film Wave. She has attended seminars and training programs, including Contemporary Performance Practices – Troubleyn (Jan Fabre) and SITI Company (Anne Bogart). In 2020, she participated as an interdisciplinary artist in the European project Create to Connect - Create to Impact - working encounters.
As co-author and performer, she worked on the project Sex Education II, directed by Tjaša Črnigoj and produced by Mladinsko theatre, Maska Association, and City of Women in Ljubljana, Slovenia. In 2024, the project received multiple awards at Maribor Theatre Festival and Week of Slovenian Drama, Slovenian Association of Theatre Critics and Researchers Award for Best Performance of 2023, while the lecture-performance Sex Education II: Fight won the Special "Jovan Ćirilov" Award and the Audience Award at Bitef Festival and was performed at HAU Hebbel am Ufer in Berlin.
