"Mothers" set off on a regional tour

After performances in Brijuni (Ulysses Theatre), Rijeka, Zagreb, and Ljubljana, our 2025 premiere Mothers, directed by Rajna Racz, continues its regional journey!

Mothers has been included in the Ruta Festival (Regional Theatre Union) by the Ulysses Theatre — a festival that brings together and exchanges productions from theatres across the six former Yugoslav republics. Our first stop is Skopje, North Macedonia, where we perform on 29 October at the Drama Theatre Skopje. In this performance, for the first time alongside Vanda Velagić and Anja Sabol, alternates Klara Kovačić and Marina Deželjin will take the stage.

The Ruta circuit will also feature performances at: Drama Theatre Skopje, Belgrade Drama Theatre, Ljubljana City Theatre (Mestno gledališče ljubljansko), Chamber Theatre 55 from Sarajevo, the Cultural Centre Tivat in Montenegro, and the Ulysses Theatre from Zagreb.
